Licking behaviour is frequently seen in (pet) Bearded dragons when they are active. Unlike for example Chameleons, Bearded dragons do not have long, projectile tongues to catch prey from a long distance, but they do use them in similar ways.
It is said that Bearded dragon breeding is inevitable once everything is in place. These reptiles are very proliferous and successful breeders and one rarely comes across a pair with breeding problems.

Bearded dragons are calm and docile creatures, but during the breeding season, they can change into little aggressive breeding monsters. During this time, Bearded dragons will show the typical, what looks like, aggressive behaviour towards their mates and owners.

To quarantine is defined as the isolation or keeping separate from others. The quarantine period is the time a new or a sick Bearded dragon should be isolated before it is introduced to, or allowed contact with other Bearded dragons.
